This is a free group program for young boys aged 10 - 13!
This program is all about enabling young people to understand, identify and express their emotions.
Through equipping them with the knowledge and skills, we hope to empower them in everyday life.

Sessions will consist of 10 boys, and two staff.

Sessions will focus on the FANTAstic model:
- Feel the emotion
- Accept the emotion
- Name the emotion
- Tame the emotion
- Air out the emotion

This program will run across six week.
Tuesday afternoons: 4pm - 5pm
Location: Yeppoon Community Centre
Dates: Every Tuesday: 22nd July - 26th August
