Thank you for your curiosity and interest in Biodanza! I look forward to welcoming you into our las session of our September opening series!

Biodanza means “dance of life” and is a system that uses music and movement and is done in a group setting.

Biodanza is based on the intelligence of the body. During September Biodanza will help you:

- feel reconnected with the joy of living,

- feel less stressed and more open to life,

- flow in life with more ease,

- support your innate potential for health and well-being,

- find organic balance and feel centred and connected.

Biodanza helps restore nervous system balance, reduces stress, and leaves you feeling more relaxed, optimistic, and open to life. Biodanza boosts your mood and immunity.

I invite you to come to the sessions with an open mind, letting the proposals of the dances surprise you. We need that initial openness, and then Biodanza works its magic. The dances are truly transformative when you open yourself to them.

What to expect?

Guided, meaningful moment to music. There are no steps to learn.

An active phase and a phase where we slow down.

Individual, pairs, and group dances/exercises.

Everything is an invitation; nothing is an obligation.

What do I bring?

Comfortable clothes that allow freedom of movement. Dress in layers for your own comfort.

We dance barefoot. Non-slip socks or shoes with thin soles/dancing shoes are acceptable.

A bottle of water as we can get thirsty.

Access

Hall entrance is via Maryvale Street, there is a sign at the driveway entrance.

Parking

There is on-site parking (entering via Maryvale Sreet).

There is also parking at the front, in the drive-through area on Tor St. (walk on the side of the church building to find the hall at the rear).

Plenty of street parking on Maryvale St and also on Tor St, in front of the park.
