A Sunday Morning Beach Flow by Aldinga Beach

Take some time for yourself and join us for a Sunday morning yoga class at Thomas Street Reserve.

The ocean as our backdrop, this is a chance to step away from the usual morning routine, move your body, breathe consciously, enjoy some time outdoors and you can even stay for a hang out afterwards. Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, the class is open to all levels.

The morning is also about bringing our community together. At the time of purchasing a ticket, you’ll have the option to pre-order a coffee or tea from local favourite, Liquid Delights, and stay for a light chat with the group and your friends.

Come for the yoga, stay for a coffee, a chat and some time with the community.
