Feeling the Heat: Understanding and Managing Climate Anxiety

Feeling overwhelmed about the state of the planet? Unsure how to even start unpacking all those feelings?

You’re not the only one — and you don’t have to deal with it alone. This workshop is a space to talk honestly about climate anxiety, connect with others who get it, and explore how we can look after ourselves and each other.

We’ll be:

Talking honestly about what’s going on
Getting outside for a reset
Making art using natural materials
Exploring what collective care, connection, and action could look like

There’s no pressure to be an expert or to speak if you’re not up for it — just a chance to slow down, reflect, and take part in whatever way feels best for you.

Whether you’re overwhelmed, burnt out, or just tired of pretending everything’s fine, this space is for you.
