FEET • KNEES • HIPS • Connect the Dots

Your feet, knees and hips are more connected than you think!

They work together, not in isolation, as part of an extraordinary interconnected system. How one area moves can influence the function of another, often in surprising ways.

The exciting part?

Through awareness, exploration and repetition, you can begin to rewire your brain, retrain your body and develop more efficient movement patterns today. These changes can support greater ease, confidence and capability in how you move — in everyday life, recreation and sport.

Join Living Prana for three interactive workshops exploring the fascinating world of fascia, functional movement and body awareness.

Through a combination of practical exploration, movement education and hands-on techniques, you'll discover how different parts of your body work together, recognise patterns that may be holding you back, and explore new possibilities for greater ease, power and freedom.

Three workshops. Three areas. One connected body.

FEET • Sunday 15 November

Explore your foundations. Discover how the feet influence balance, posture and movement throughout your body.

KNEES • Sunday 22 November

Look beyond the knee itself. Explore the relationships between your feet, knees and hips, and how movement patterns influence their function.

HIPS • Sunday 29 November

Connect the dots from the ground up. Explore hip mobility and coordination, and how your hips influence gait, stance and stature.
