📍 WHERE: The Grand Ballroom, Sofitel Melbourne on Collins

⌚ WHEN: 23rd August, 7.00 PM start, doors close 7:30 PM, concludes at 11:30 PM

⚡️Reminder: this is an 18+ event as alcohol is being served

You can expect:

🍽️ 3-course meal

🍾 Free-flowing drinks for the duration of the Ball

🎻 Music from EMS and DJ’s

📸 Photobooth and activities for you to find clues in

Ticket release information:

🕵🏼‍♀️ Tickets will be released at 10 AM on the 17th of July and will be open until sold out

Ticket and tabling information:

🎫 For FEIT students: $154.25 (including booking fee)

🎫 For non-FEIT students: $179.88 (including booking fee)

Each table has 10 seats.

How do I know if I’m a FEIT student?

🤔 You are eligible for the FEIT Ticket if you are enrolled in a FEIT subject during Winter Term or Semester 2. The following subject codes (not exhaustive) qualify as FEIT subjects: ENGR, MCEN, ELEN, CHEN, CVEN, ENEN, ENGM, BMEN, MREN, SWEN, COMP, INFO. Canvas pages will be checked at the door

Refund Policy:

✨ Please make sure you purchase the correct ticket, as if you are a FEIT student and accidentally purchase a non-FEIT ticket, you will not be issued a refund.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 within 7 days of the Ball, please send proof to unimelbfeit@gmail.com and a 50% refund will be issued. If you test positive for COVID-19 after the Ball, please notify us ASAP.
