So 'Magic Blanket' is a curious name for a movement class, but a rolled up blanket or beach towel can do remarkable things to support and release all areas of your neck and back in floor-based activity. And for this, we think it's actually rather magical!

In this floor-based class, Ralph will introduce you to Feldenkrais - a safe, easy and clever exercise system using gentle movement and mindfulness.

You learn to release tightness and unconscious restriction and create natural, graceful and effective actions.

Join Ralph to learn how Feldenkrais can enhance your work, play, yoga, dance, martial art, loving and living.

What will we cover?

This class will explain the principles of the Feldenkrais Method®, then apply them to pleasant, safe exercises to free up the back, shoulders & neck.

You will find enjoyable and interesting ways to neutralise the tensions that build up in the neck and techniques for ongoing self-maintenance.

What will you need?
