Kaho Matsui is a singer songwriter, composer, multi-instrumentalist and improviser based in Philadelphia, PA. Felt Out is the ongoing creative exploration of Sowmya Somanath and Walter Nichols. Using a mixture of synth, field recordings, acoustic instruments, and an obsession with music's purity, the pair deeply explores melody and harmony, unstuck from genre, while adhering to the idea of an ever-changing world, where intuition is their guide.
