Event description

Students will learn the tips and techniques needed to make a lovely wet felted collar with long wool locks around the trim. Embellish your scarf with layers of dyed locks, fiber, silk and Angelina for an unusual one-of-a-kind creation.  Students will also learn to speed up the felting process and lessen fatigue with the use of power tools.
