Female Empowerment Workshop with Georgie from Kinetic Connections

This International Women’s Day, we’re excited to host a powerful and energising workshop led by Georgie from Kinetic Connections. Designed specifically for young women aged 14–24, this session is all about navigating the real pressures young people face today, from perfectionism and expectations to self‑doubt and confidence wobbles.

Georgie brings a warm, relatable and down‑to‑earth approach, creating a space where you can be yourself, connect with others, and explore what it means to back yourself in a world that can feel overwhelming. The workshop mixes real talk, practical tools, and empowering activities to help you understand pressure, build self‑belief and feel more grounded in who you are.

Whether you’re dealing with school or work stress, social pressure, or just trying to figure things out, this workshop offers support, community and a chance to breathe. Come along to learn, connect and walk away feeling stronger, clearer and more confident.
