Description
Selwyn Taekwondo are back with more free self-defence classes for female teens and youths.
These free classes will assist teens with the skills to confidently defend themselves in conflicting and unsafe situations.
Location: Meeting Room, Selwyn Aquatic Centre
Sessions:
Monday 5 August, 6pm - 7pm: Females 8 -11 years
Monday 12 August, 6pm - 7pm: Females 12 years+
No spectating allowed. Active parent participation allowed, please purchase a ticket.
Bookings essential. Due to limited spaces, please cancel your ticket if you can no longer attend
