Selwyn Taekwondo are back with more free self-defence classes for female teens and youths.

These free classes will assist teens to confidently perform self-defence skills to keep themselves safe.

Location: The Garage, Rolleston Community Centre (look out for the pink flag)

Sessions:
Monday 4 August, 6-7pm: 9-11 years
Monday 11 August 6-7pm: 12years+

No spectating. Active parent participation allowed, please purchase a ticket.

Bookings essential. Due to limited spaces, please cancel your ticket if you can no longer attend
