Female Self-Defence (March 2025)

Selwyn Taekwondo are back with more free self-defence classes for female teens and youths.

These free classes will assist teens to confidently perform self-defence skills to keep themselves safe.

Location: Rolleston Community Centre (look out for the pink flag)

Sessions: 
Monday 10 March, 6-7pm: 9-11 years 
Monday 17 March 6-7pm: 12years+

No spectating. Active parent participation allowed, please purchase a ticket.
