Female Self-Defence - May

Selwyn Taekwondo are back with more free self-defence classes for female teens and youths.

These free classes will assist teens with the skills to confidently defend themselves in conflicting and unsafe situations. 

Location: Meeting Room, Selwyn Aquatic Centre

Sessions: 
Monday 13 May, 6pm - 7pm: Females 8 -11 years
Monday 18 May, 6pm - 7pm: Females 12 years+

No spectating allowed. Parent participation allowed, please purchase a ticket.
