What to expect:

Fembodiment is a truly powerful experience. This is NOT a workshop where you just sit and take notes while we talk at you. This IS the kind of workshop where you get to experience self-love, self-worth and body confidence on all levels - mind, body and soul.

As women there is a societal ‘ideal beauty standard’ that we often feel pressured to achieve. And it’s pushed on us hundreds of times a day. And if we don’t meet those standards? Well, we are considered less than, not good enough, unworthy.

However there is also a beautiful movement, a powerful coming together of women and men, who know that this needs to stop. And we are here to support you on your journey to embrace and embody this mindset change.

Fembodiment is for you if you’re ready to…

Make a change and commit to honouring your true beauty, inside and out,
Let go of shame and negativity around your body and appearance,
Ignite a new level of love for yourself and your body,
Be held, seen and supported by women who are on this journey with you,

Who are we?

At Embracing Her we are on a mission to help millions of women, from all walks of life, as they discover the joy of falling in love with themselves, in every way.

Embracing Her is a partnership of two Empowerment Coaches, conveniently both named Caitlin, who through their own life experiences, work experiences and personal journeys with their own bodies, discovered a shared passion for supporting women to love and embrace themselves.

Location: Online via Zoom call (connection details sent closer to event date)

What you need:

A quiet, distraction free space to set yourself up with a laptop or PC. This may look like a bedroom or living room with a few pillows on the floor, or sitting comfortably at a desk.
We recommend making the space feel as beautiful, feminine, safe and relaxing as possible. Make use of candles, throw pillow, blankets and essential oils etc. to create your sacred environment.
A journal/paper and a pen
A mirror - one you can sit or stand in front of is best
An unlit candle and lighter/matches
Optional:
- An offering to add to our virtual altar for the duration of the workshop (e.g. your favourite crystal, a flower, etc.)
- A cleansing tool of your choosing (e.g. sage, essential oils, a singing bowl)
- Bluetooth headphones for better sound quality during some of the activities
