What to expect:

Fembodiment is a truly powerful experience. This is NOT a workshop where you just sit and take notes while we talk at you. This IS the kind of workshop where you get to experience self-love, self-worth and body confidence on all levels - mind, body and soul.

As women there is a societal ‘ideal beauty standard’ that we often feel pressured to achieve. And it’s pushed on us hundreds of times a day. And if we don’t meet those standards? Well, we are considered less than, not good enough, unworthy.

However there is also a beautiful movement, a powerful coming together of women and men, who know that this needs to stop. And we are here to support you on your journey to embrace and embody this mindset change.

Fembodiment is for you if you’re ready to…

Make a change and commit to honouring your true beauty, inside and out,
Let go of shame and negativity around your body and appearance,
Ignite a new level of love for yourself and your body,
Be held, seen and supported by women who are on this journey with you,
Take the time to reconnect with yourself and fill up your cup, and

Who are we?

At Embracing Her we are on a mission to help millions of women, from all walks of life, as they discover the joy of falling in love with themselves, in every way.

Embracing Her is a partnership of two Empowerment Coaches, conveniently both named Caitlin, who through their own life experiences, work experiences and personal journeys with their own bodies, discovered a shared passion for supporting women to love and embrace themselves.

Time: 2.00pm* - 5.00pm

*To create a sacred space for all the beautiful women attending, we will be closing doors at 2.15pm. We ask you to honour this and arrive before this time.

What to bring (optional):

We will provide pillows to sit on but please bring an extra one for your own comfort if you desire/ if you find it uncomfortable to sit on the floor for extended periods of time
An offering to add to the altar for the duration of the workshop (e.g. your favourite crystal, a flower, etc.)
Pen and paper will be provided for reflection, however you are welcome to bring your own journal and/or pen if you have one that is special to you
