This session, we invite you to tap into creativity as a collective.

Our intention for the session will be:

Using our creative power to break through miss-belief systems that brings as the idea of perfection, and band us from enjoying the creative process in the simple things.

PLAY will be our main tool

Other tools you are welcome to bring along: scissors, glue, paper or any images you want to bring along they are all welcomed

About the facilitator:

Manuela Tommasone aka Manu, is an Argentinian woman based in Bundjalung Country.
Artist, graphic designer, trauma-informed, creative in various forms of expression.⁠⠀

She is passionate about rewiring what 'creative' means for us today. Coming from being told how to draw, paint and the high standards of what 'art' means, dropping into one's self to discover all the shapes and colours where wants to be expressed through us. Pachamama and earth wisdom is a huge inspiration in her work and she is continually creating work that is representative of our natural state of being, uninhibited creativity and infinite possibilities. ⁠⠀

With her, we will drop into our creative intuitive selves and we'll journey into our own artistic womb expression.
