Welcome to Femcycle

We are gathering for the next 5 weeks  to connect with the natural flow of the feminine rhythmical cycle through women circle, yoga and reflection.

We will go deep in the understanding of our menstrual cycle guided by grandmother moon and mother earth as our primordial archetypes.

Being in circle and sharing allow us to understand each other better and therefore ourselves.

Yoga will bring our awareness inwardly connecting and tuning to our wisdom, learning to observe our monkey mind, bringing quiet and contemplation inside.

Having the time to reflect and record our rhythm, feelings and energy levels give us the tool to understand ourselves deeply.

Let’s gather together to honour our feminine cycle and walk with joy the yin and yang energy in all of us.

I highly recommend to come to all 5 sessions to understand the balance of our cycle.
