This is for women or people that identify as a woman that love to move as you need, that love to be with like minded sistas, that cherish listening to your body and what you need right now, that love to integrate your current experience, that are not afraid to choose you and show yourself love and desire to show up as your most embodied self.

If this is calling to your soul, I simply cannot wait to see you here. This circle has been on my mind for quite some time and I am truly so honoured to hold space for you in this capacity, as ecstatic movement has truly impacted my life in such a deeply nourishing way.

Where: Allambee Sanctuary on Quandamooka country (Capalaba)

When: 5:30 - 7:30 PM

What to bring: journal, comfortable clothing, a tea cup, water & your beautiful self

We will be practicing yoga (pranayama & meditation), we will be allowing our bodies to dance with earth while listening to our bodies, we will be journaling, we will be making space to sip our tea with our sistas and connect.

This offering is for the sistas who love to show up exactly as you are.
