This circle is for women or a person that identifies as a woman and desire to connect to our feminine essence. To allow ourselves to be emotional, to allow ourselves to be vulnerable, to allow ourselves to be in circle with women.

We will make space to meditate, pranayama (breathing), slowly drink tea, share our stories and to be with Earth.

What to bring

•Your journal and pen

•Rug/pillow

•Tea cup

•Warm layer

•Offering to the earth altar

•Clothing that makes you feel feminine/ comfortable

A little about me, my name is Tess and I’m a certified hatha yoga teacher and feel a deep calling to create space for women to connect with each other, to learn together, to grow together and to create soul friendships. I am here cultivating a space where you feel safe to be you, where you feel you have people around you that are like minded, and that your story and essence is needed and women want to listen to you and be here for you.
