The last few years have been extremely difficult times for most people. From pandemics to fire, and floods, major financial hardship, relationship break downs, war, death of loved ones and frightening housing crisis issues.

To top it off the times have brought challenging family dynamics with very little support in amongst the lack of acknowledgement for the rite of passage into matrescence and motherhood.

And so, after a season of rest and recalibration, we are feeling the calling to return with some new matriarchal Womens health and heart felt offerings for you.

Feminine Frequency is now offering:

SEASONS OF A WOMAN, A MONTHLY WOMENS CIRCLE for rejuvenation and connection.

Allow the feminine frequency to reduce the feeling of being isolated and disconnected.

We envision a safe haven that offers a place you can lean into. A place of support and authenticity, where we can open up unapologetically, without fear of judgement.

When women gather to both speak and listen, to share their challenges and wisdom, we learn, reflect, and begin to see we are not alone and can thrive, not just survive these challenging chapters of life.

Women need women and a monthly circle is one way to bring us together, reduce the sense of disconnection and loss and bring back a feeling of belonging.

The topics we will be focusing on are related to the seasons of woman's health and motherhood, from preconception through to postpartum and matrescence.

Nadja is interested in talking about what it means to move through from maiden to mother in a healthy healed way.

While Kali is passionate about creating an open discussion on the emotions which arise during this time of transition. Plus the further needs we require during this very important chapter.

We will share our blended wisdom gained from our personal experience and professional background in Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Womb Work, Doula services in birth & postpartum, plus women’s general health throughout Matrescence - the transition of a women into motherhood.

These ancient modalities provide a strong foundation to discuss cycles and seasons of a woman’s life and the impact these chapters have on her physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, socially, sexually and economically.

We invite you to come join Kali and Nadja’s monthly circles, to sit, share, be witnessed and connect with other women who are going through similar day to day issues in Motherhood.

I bet you’re wondering what's included?

We envisage the afternoon to begin with a sage smoking ceremony to welcome you into the circle. Then we will briefly touch on the topic and each have a chance to share our experiences. We will break for tea and an afternoon snack and end with a meditation and optional acupuncture session to deeply nourish you before it’s time to step back out into the world.

We have chosen to offer the monthly circles on a Sunday at 2pm-5pm at the Timbeerwah Community Hall. We hope this time works for most women, as we completely understand the complexity and challenges in carving out time for yourself whilst juggling children, family needs and life in general.

Book your spot for the Feminine Frequency reunion, circle on the 17th July at 2pm-5pm. To cover our costs we are asking for $40 commitment for your attendance. If you love our circles, we offer a bundle of 6 circles for $240 with which you receive our special guided meditation as a thank you gift from us.
