Location: Ikin Dance Studio, Mermaid Beach Gold Coast

What to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, journal and pen, a blanket if you want to be a little more comfortable, your fully expressed self!

What to wear: Something you feel great in, you feel sexy, that you can also move and dance in

**Please note this is a trauma informed space however this is not about healing your trauma. If you go into a trauma response during the event, we do have an assistant at the event that will be able to help you with this however we do recommend you see a trauma therapist for anything that does come up. If you are needing further support we can recommend someone for you.**
