You are warmly invited to our next event… Feminine Wisdom & Healing Workshop

This workshop welcomes all women of all ages and phases of life, to join us for what’s poised to be an enjoyable, uplifting, and insightful afternoon, with the hope that you walk away feeling inspired and empowered to actualise real change and transformation in your life.

You will be guided by three compassionate facilitators, each bringing forth their own unique blend of wisdom and experience. There will be a variety of discourses as well as some accessible meditative processes to support you in your goals.

Themes include:

- Self-worth and self-love

- Self-determination and true empowerment

- Balancing the feminine and masculine within

- Releasing societal expectations and honouring your uniqueness

- Courageously facing blockages & ‘no-go zones’.

- Embracing times of transition and rites of passages

- Parenting and working with children (including your inner child).
