In the Womb of Song – Feminine Voice Day

This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

Dear women,

this day is for us to connect in sound,
to nourish our bodies, voices and sisterhood,
let the nervous system calm down
and rejoice in what it means to be alive as a woman!

We'll spend this day as a ritual and open our voices to the communication with the more-than-human community,
so you can bring whatever is on your heart, your deepest longing, joy or grief,
and experience more comfort, stillness and clarity.

You'll be guided through
- gentle drop-ins and sharings
- voice embodiment and breath exercises
- learning beautiful feminine songs and soundbathing in the harmonies
- vocal improvisation and Circle singing

Limited spaces
EARLY BIRD until Friday 12/04/24

No experience is required and you and your voice are welcome exactly as you are.

We'll meet at a beautiful place in Myocum where we have a cozy womb-like studio built of natural materials as well as outdoor space for part of the journey.

Please bring a light snack, we will not have a long lunch break to keep the voices flowing.

Facilitator:
Amelie Mehru is a singer-songwriter, vocal improviser, voice mentor, yodeller & healer from Germany, passionate to weave connection through voice and song.
