The day will include a variety of engaging and uplifting activities designed to get you moving, reflecting, and connecting with yourself and others in a meaningful way. Through guided movement, interactive workshops, and moments of sisterhood, participants will explore what it means to truly care for their health in light of Islamic principles.

Expect challenge, connection, reflection, and plenty of fun — all in a space created just for young Muslim women. Lunch will be provided, with opportunities for prayer and meaningful takeaways to carry with you beyond the day.
