Femme Jazz: A Celebration of Jazzy Femme Folk
Representing diverse sounds of jazz from straight-ahead to traditional to RnB/soul - tonight we come together to celebrate the bejeezus out of female-identifying musicians.
Backed by the formidable femme-lead jazz band - Yas Queen - the night will showcase some of Brisbane's up-and-coming show-stopping talent.
Celebrate with us and enjoy the songstress Gracie Mack, the velvety-toned Chelle Janse van Rensberg, the mesmerising Saskia van Iperen, the fabulous Tee West, the captivating Melanie Galletly, the dynamic Mel Lathouras and the downright cool Rosa Mack.
They will be joined by the powerhouse pianist Paula Girvan, the groove-master Casey Glennan on bass, the legend Harvey Blues on guitar, the phenomenal Katie Randall on drums and the deadset brilliant Sharon Nobs on trumpet.
It will be the ultimate jazz party hang!
