~ Share stories, and consciously connect with each other through potent full moon energy.

This month we are inviting you to Join us at the

House of beauty Tofu, Moffat Beach.

Wednesday June 23rd - 4pm to 6.30pm

To participate in an

~ Embodied Movement Practice,

~ Sit in a Native Australian Bushflower tea & connection ceremony.

BRING WITH YOU.

~ Any object from nature or a crystal that calls to you.

~ A yoga mat if you have one.

~ Water bottle and your favourite mug.

~ Journal and pen.

Rellish will take you through a full recharge process to clear any energetic fingerprints, & reenergise with a technique to 'program' your object with a specific intention.

Lauren will take you through a variety of movement and breathwork practices to support connection to your intuition & your hearts knowing, your bodies innate wisdom and the strength in your being

After which (if time permits) we will take ourselves to the beach to view her in all her glory & bask in her light & energy at the end of this journey together.
