Fencing North invite you to join us for the
FENTON MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT 2023
Ranking Competition for Epee Events
Joyce Fenton was a National Womens Foil Champion in the 1960s and represented NZ at Foil in the Empire and Commonwealth Games in Vancouver and in Kingston where she was a bronze medallist as part of the women’s Foil team.
In accordance with the new FeNZ policy standardising the number of tournaments which can offer Ranking points in each region, the Fenton Memorial Tournament offers Fencing NZ Ranking Points in the Epee events but not Sabre or Foil events at this competition.

$25.00 plus booking and cc fees
Late entry is $45.00 plus booking and cc fees. Late entries are subject to availability and at the discretion of the DT. Last entry 23.55h on FRIDAY before the competition (April 5th 2023)
Out of Town Entries
This applies to any fencer who does not reside in Auckland.
Out of towners get a free standard registration. Please use promo code OUTS25 for a standard registration and OUTL20 for a late registration which is $20.00 + cc fees.
Weapons Checking
We will not be doing a full gear check before this competition BUT referees will be employing Weights and Gauges to check Weapons at the piste.

MIDDAY/AFTERNOON EVENTS
Men’s Epee [11.00 - 11.30 est start]
Men's Foil. [1.00 - 1.30 est start]

Affiliation/Membership
To compete in Fencing North competitions you must be affiliated with Fencing New Zealand as a full competitive member. The FeNZ membership starts on 01/JAN and lasts a calendar year. Please always sign up with the same name, otherwise we cannot find you and accredit ranking points.
FeNZ affiliation fees are additional to the competition entry.
