This is our second intensive fermentation course of the year. 4 fun filled hours of fermentation magic. In this workshop you will learn all about the art of fermentation, the beauty of microorganisms and bacteria as well as different ways to consume them.

You will go home with all the fun things you make including, kraut, pickles, onions, cider, tonics, gravlax and more.
