Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Fertility Talk
Find out how TCM can help address imbalances that may be affecting your cycle and chances of conception. Learn how to manage common fertility blockers.
Gentle Fertility Acupuncture (optional, 30 min)
Experience gentle acupuncture in a group setting to support reproductive health, promote circulation, and reduce stress.
Calming Yoga Flow (45 min)
Relax into a calming yoga practice that supports pelvic circulation, nervous system regulation, and emotional grounding. No experience necessary - all bodies welcome.

Jess Carpenter, Nutritionist - Jess specialises in nutrition for fertility and pregnancy. After supporting her own hormone imbalances and fertility journey naturally, Jess is passionate about helping others through the power of nutrition. [Jess will be 6 months pregnant with her second child at the time of the workshop].
Dawn Lim, Acupuncturist + TCM Herbalist - Dawn draws on acupuncture and TCM to support many patients through conception journeys. With genuine care and concern, she believes in unlocking the body’s healing potential by getting to the root cause of fertility issues.
Bek Lord, Yoga Teacher - Bek brings a nurturing presence and deep sense of calm to her yoga sessions. As a qualified Bliss Baby yoga teacher, Bek offers a gentle and supportive space to reconnect with body and mind - whether you're preparing to conceive or continuing the journey beyond.
