Recognised as one of Australia’s leading dining destinations, Restaurant Botanic is celebrated for its innovative and immersive approach to fine dining. Executive Chef Jamie Musgrave will join Paul ‘Yoda’ Iskov to craft a menu where exceptional ingredients and seasonality take centre stage. Guests will also have the opportunity to connect with the chefs, gaining insight into the inspiration behind each dish.
Held within the stunning Howard Park Wine Chapel, this multi-course degustation will be perfectly paired with Howard Park’s renowned wines. With a legacy of crafting wines of balance, elegance, and longevity, Howard Park is known for its uncompromising commitment to quality. Guiding us through these pairings is Michael Whyte and David Stredwick, whose deep knowledge, passion, and charm make every tasting an experience within itself.
