Imagine canapes on arrival with a glass of wine in hand, live music in the background as the sun passes its last rays over the vineyard before you sit down to share a 5-course meal matched with exquisite wines made on the property, with some good friends.
Fervor is a roaming restaurant, hosting dining experiences in unique locations across the State and wider Australia with a focus on local and specifically native Australian ingredients.
Si Vintners is about natural farming. They aim to truly express the land upon which the vines grow, with minimal intervention in both the vineyard and winery.
The evening will be hosted by the incredibly talented food, drink, and travel journalist, and very dear friend of both Fervor and Si, Max Veenhuyzen.
A collaboration long-time in the making by like-minded individuals, and dreamed up over a few incredible glasses of wine, we are excited to finally share it with you!
