With so many amazing Festa Junina parties over the last few months, Perth Forró /Perth Samba is excited to close the season with our very own Festa Julina!!!!
The upstairs Obs Bar at Scarborough Sports & Community Club will be transformed into a colourful Arraial dos Forrozeiros on Sunday 14th July from 4pm to 10pm! There will be Forró, Forró and more Forró with live music from Australia's best musicians and DJ Sarinha will be playing your favourite tunes and turn the dance floor into Forró heaven - Traditional Quadrilha, Forró flash mob, and the best of Forró Pé de Serra!!
Come in your favourite Caipira (country) outfits and bring the whole family (under 18 free)! In our true Forró community tradition, we ask everyone to bring a small plate of something tasty or traditional to eat to contribute to our festive table!! There is a bar downstairs!!
Admission $15 (cash) or online through humanitix (charity fee). This is a non-profit event, and all admission goes towards covering event costs and funding future Forró community events throughout the year, with the aim of a WA Forró Festival in 2025! Let's forrozear!!!
