This event is strictly for guests aged 18 and over. A valid photo ID may be requested upon entry.

Festa della Nonna reserves the right of admission and the right to determine who may remain on the premises.

- Health & Hygiene

As this is a hands-on culinary experience, we kindly ask that only guests in good health attend.

For the comfort and safety of all participants, please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or may be contagious, as this helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

- Can I reschedule or get a refund?
No. This experience is sold like any other function, with tickets tied to a specific date and time. For this reason, all bookings are final and cannot be changed or refunded.

- What happens if I can’t attend?
You’re welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. The new guest can attend using the original booking name and will be admitted without any issues.

- Right of Admission

The Manager, or an authorised representative, reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the premises, any individual who fails to comply with the conditions of entry and conduct at Festa della Nonna, in accordance with these terms.

- Engages in behaviour that may incite violence or pose a risk to the safety of staff or other guests.

- Acts in a manner that threatens or damages the property of Festa della Nonna.

Without limiting the above, the following behaviours may result in denied entry or removal from the premises:

- Individuals under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, psychotropic substances, stimulants, or any other intoxicating or prohibited substances.

- Individuals displaying attitudes, carrying items, or expressing views that incite violence, discrimination, or hatred.

- Individuals carrying firearms, knives, or any other dangerous or prohibited objects.

- Individuals whose behaviour disrupts public order, accepted standards of conduct, or venue safety.

- Individuals engaging in dangerous, unlawful, or otherwise harmful behaviour that may endanger staff, guests, or the premises.

Where the venue becomes aware of any criminal or unlawful activity posing a risk to safety, entry may be denied or the individual may be removed, and authorities may be contacted where necessary.

Rescheduling and Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation due to force majeure on the part of Festa della Nonna (Natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, infrastructure failures, public health emergencies, or similar circumstances), customers will be notified via email. In such cases, the Company shall, at the customer’s discretion, either issue a refund or offer an alternative date for rescheduling.

Should any material changes occur to the event (including, but not limited to, date, time, or venue), and subject to the customer’s prior consent where applicable, the event may be rescheduled or a refund issued in accordance with the terms and timelines set out below.

For the purpose of processing refunds, Festa della Nonna shall provide customers with the same level of accessibility and ease of process as was available at the time of the original purchase.

Tickets purchased through third parties, resale platforms, gift cards, promotional giveaways, competitions, complimentary invitations, or any tickets that are counterfeit or otherwise obtained unlawfully are expressly excluded from this refund policy. Any refund requests relating to such tickets must be addressed directly with the original issuing entity, even where tickets may have been originally issued by us.

Refund Processing Timeframe

Festa della Nonna shall process eligible refunds within 15 business days, calculated from the end of the applicable refund request period.
