Description

“Festa della Nonna” aims to showcase the richness of Italian and Latin culture from cherished recipes passed down through generations to music, a fundamental pillar of our culture that serves as an emotional bridge connecting traditions, history, and diversity.

The event also celebrates the importance of community and family, highlighting how strong social connections can contribute to physical and mental wellbeing, inspired by the “Roseto Effect.” This refers to the unusually low rates of heart disease observed in the town of Roseto, despite the presence of common risk factors. Researchers attributed this to the town’s strong social bonds, close family relationships, and supportive community, highlighting the powerful impact of social connections on health.

Join us for much more than a pasta class, it will be a true celebration of culture, connection, and joy. Learn to make traditional pasta, meet wonderful people, enjoy a glass of wine, dance to vibrant music, and finish the evening sharing a delicious dinner featuring the pasta you’ve created, along with other irresistible Italian-inspired dishes.

It’s a feast for the senses and an experience that will stay in your memory forever.
