Moving to the Sunshine Coast was truly the greatest choice I have ever made for my emotional, physical and spiritual health.

I have always really pushed to build a community of inspirational people around me, but have never found something quite like what we have here on the Sunshine Coast.

I haven’t been here very long, but the connections I have made have changed me forever and pushed me to find new depths in myself, and achieve things I didn’t actually imagine to be within reach before now. Through the support of the people I have met, I have been able to overcome overwhelming health issues, emotional disconnection and create a wellness business that I am really proud to say is becoming a wonderful part of the community.

In the past I haven’t ever wanted to celebrate my birthday with a party. But on this 30th year, I am excited to enter a new chapter with so much wisdom and learnt tools to tackle the ever changing landscapes of life. I am so unbelievably inspired by the people around me and I feel driven and called to create a day that honours what we co create.

You have touched my life in a meaningful way. Maybe we know each other really well by now, or maybe we are still learning who each other is. But regardless of how developed our relationship is, I’ve asked you to be a part of this day because you mean something to me, and you are integral to the community around me. ❤️

What I want for us and our community is to feel well, supported, purposeful and a part of a collective that wants us to succeed. I have learnt that without this it is very hard to clearly feel your place in the world. We all have such amazing and much needed gifts to bring forward. Knowing you all I can envision some amazing collaborations and friendships blossoming.

This day is filled with the juicy and powerful healing arts I have brought into my life that have propelled me forward in heart and in health. It is with great honour and fortune that some wonderful and generous souls will be facilitating us through meditation, breath-work, yoga, cacao and sound healing - with some other fun elements to be announced.

12pm meditation with Inga Dennet - transformational therapist - a true mentor to me and a wonderful pillar of strength and truth in our community. Inga has helped me reclaim parts of me that were hidden.

I am in awe of her expertise, passion and authority in the wellness industry and her curiosity to keep learning. She has been such an inspiration to me and her support is what made me believe in myself. Partners are more than welcome and although I love your children this day won’t be catered to take care of them. You are welcome to arrive and leave as you need but the sequence is designed to be a full day of medicine and community connection so it would be worth trying to attend the full day.

More detail to come. I have set this up in a ticketed event to make sure everyone is catered for properly. Location is TBA based on numbers so if you know that you can make it please grab a ticket as soon as you can. If it turns out you can’t attend please let me know! If you would like to donate a $ amount to the wonderful people sharing their work and time you can add a price to your ticket, or donate to them on the day, otherwise no investment is required.
