Festival of Christmas Volunteer - Bibra Lake 2023

Thank you for registering to volunteer at our FREE Community Christmas Carnival.

This is our 15th consecutive year of running our Christmas events and we could not do what we do without our generous volunteer army.

Here's what you need to know:

The event starts at 4.00pm and will feature loaded hotdogs, fairy floss, popcorn, live entertainment, glitter face painting and tattoos, giant rock tower, toddler zone, games & prizes plus a visit from Santa with a Lolly bag for every registered child under 12. (If you have children, please register them under attending, not volunteering)

Please arrive at the Bibra Lake Primary School Oval for 2.30pm for a team briefing and set up.

Please wear either a Christmassy red t-shirt or a plain red t-shirt. 

An event briefing email will be sent out a few days before the event and further instructions will be given on the day.

Please note that by taking part in this event, you grant the event organisers full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform an event organiser.
