Festival of Concert Bands 2026

Join us for a weekend celebrating everything Concert Band! Across three inspiring days of performances, rehearsals, and sectionals, musicians of all abilities will have the opportunity to learn and perform alongside the professional players of the Australian Army Band Kapooka and the Riverina Conservatorium of Music.

All concert band musicians are welcome, with three graded ensembles designed to suit a range of playing levels. In 2026, we are delighted to welcome special guest conductors and educators Lieutenant Colonel Rachel Beeton, Senior Officer of the Australian Army Band, and Major Nicolas Buff of the Australian Army Band Kapooka.

Lunch – Saturday Only
We are offering the service of having lunch delivered to the RCM for Festival attendees on Saturday only. Lunch is $15 per person and will consist of shared assorted sandwich platters, including:

• Egg and lettuce

• Salad

• Ham, cheese and tomato

• Silverside, mustard, pickles and cheese

• Chicken, mayo, cucumber and carrot
