* Full Terms & Conditions
- The school fees raffle is organised by the SCEGGS Trust and the net proceeds, after the cost of the prize is taken from the gross proceeds, will be used by the SCEGGS Trust to support the Light Her Path program.
- As the organiser of this raffle the SCEGGS Trust reserves the right to cancel the raffle and refund tickets if a minimum of 165 ticket sales is not achieved.
- The value of the main prize is 50% of the student’s annual school fees. The prize is for a student enrolled, or accepted for enrolment, at SCEGGS Darlinghurst in 2025. If the winner has more than one student enrolled at SCEGGS, the fees of the youngest student will be the basis of the prize. Parents of students departing SCEGGS at the end of 2024 are encouraged to purchase a ticket in the raffle. If they are the winner, the prize would be the remaining balance of 2024 fees of their youngest child yet to be billed.
- The prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- The raffle will be drawn at the Festival on Forbes, on Sunday 25th August 2024, at SCEGGS Darlinghurst, 215 Forbes Street Darlinghurst. Please email development@sceggs.nsw.edu.au for more information.
- Membership of any P&F Association and the SCEGGS Trust, whether convenor, committee/board member, executive or otherwise will not preclude participation in this raffle.
- The prize has not been donated by the School. All costs will be taken from the revenue of the raffle and the residue used to support the Light Her Path program for the refurbishment of Wilkinson House. The raffle has the approval of the Head of School of SCEGGS. Any dispute or disagreements arising from the holding of the Raffle will ultimately be determined by the Head of School. Once the Head of School has made their determination, no other correspondence will be entered into.
