In this thoughtfully curated class, you’ll learn to make five Taiwanese dishes — including the iconic Zong Zi, a glutinous rice dumpling wrapped in bamboo leaves and filled with savoury delights like marinated pork belly, salted egg yolk, shiitake mushrooms, and peanuts.
