Join us for a one-of-a-kind, hands-on cooking experience celebrating the Dragon Boat Festival (端午節), where tradition meets warmth in an intimate setting. In this thoughtfully curated class, you’ll learn to make five Taiwanese dishes — including the iconic Zong Zi, a glutinous rice dumpling wrapped in bamboo leaves and filled with savoury delights like marinated pork belly, salted egg yolk, shiitake mushrooms, and peanuts.

Led by your expert instructor Cristina, this small-group class offers a rare opportunity to dive deep into the rich flavours, ingredients, and stories behind Taiwanese cuisine — in a way you won’t find anywhere else in Melbourne.Come ready to get your hands dirty, meet like-minded food lovers, and gain skills you can take home — along with your very own bundle of Zong Zi.Sample Menu:
