Join our team for a festive cook along leading up to the 2021 festive season!

In this cook along, Sophus dietitians will be making some of their favourite festive foods that are easy, delicious, and fun for kids to get involved in.

While we're cooking, we'll talk through some of our top tips for eating to fuel your body over the festive season (without having to restrict the foods you love).

We'll also have time to answer questions you may have for our dietitians, so don't forget to submit your questions with your order.

Your cook a-long shopping list:

For the Rocket & Pear Salad (serves 2)

60g rocket
1 large pear (we prefer using firm pear in this salad)
60g walnuts
Shaved parmesan
extra virgin olive oil
balsamic vinegar

For the Mini Fruit & Nut Loaves

1 ¼ cup wholemeal self-raising flour
¼ cup rolled oats, roughly chopped
2 tsp mixed spice
2 Tbsp shredded coconut
¼ cup raw sugar + extra 1 Tbsp
1 orange, ¼ cup juiced + 1 tsp zest
1 Tbsp hot water
1 cup milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
½ cup mixed nuts, roughly chopped (almonds, walnuts, pistachios, macadamias)
¾ cup mixed fruit, roughly chopped (cranberries, sultanas, apricots, figs)
125g cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbs icing sugar
