FREE ONLINE BREATHWORK + ENERGY HEALING SESSION

This hour-long session will take place via Zoom in the comfort of your own home, and all you need to do is lie down, breath and receive. It’s a wonderful opportunity to unwind, release stress, reconnect with your centre and find your festive flow amidst the busy season.

Important Information:

The Zoom Link and session playlist will be sent to your registration email the morning of the event.
You will need to have a free Spotify account to play the playlist. It is recommended that you download the playlist on a device prior to the event as there will be no allocated time to do this in session.
It is also recommended that you use two devices for this event. For example: a laptop to use zoom so you can see and hear me; AND a second device such as a phone, to play the music on Spotify. This is to ensure we avoid challenges with sound and distortion.

There will be some allocated time for sharing and de-briefing following the healing. If you would like to be apart of this, please allocate an extra 10-15min. You may respectfully decline this should you wish to.
