Darebin Council in partnership with Open Table will teach you how to reduce food waste and be more sustainable this festival season!
Did you know that the average Australian throws away approximately 40% of food they purchase - and this increases by around 30% during the holiday season!
Join us for an educational and interactive cooking demonstration, focusing on innovative yet simple ways to reduce our household food waste this holidays.
Be inspired to get creative with vegetable scraps, odds and ends and festive leftovers! In this session you will learn how to make 2 x Using Up Your Christmas Leftovers 'no waste' recipes  + free tastings!
