Throughout the day, you’ll learn to make four exceptional cheeses from scratch:

* Feta – including luscious, marinated Persian feta

* Halloumi

* Mascarpone

* Traditional whey ricotta

Together, we’ll explore the fascinating story of milk—from soil health to seasonal shifts, animal breeds, and how each of these elements shapes the character of milk. You'll learn how to choose the best local milk and understand what makes it truly great for cheesemaking.

This workshop is perfect for everyone - from absolute beginners with the busiest of lifestyles and the smallest of urban kitchens, passionate home cooks and experienced chefs.

Please ensure you wear closed shoes.

Bring your favourite apron to wear and 5 x 1L containers for cheese, some jars for the leftover whey & a bag to take home your cheese.
