Fête de Noël/Christmas Party avec le Québec Oz Club of Sydney and friends

Bonjour/Hi les membres du Québec Oz Club of Sydney and friends !

Je vous invite à célébrer la fête de Noël avec vos familles et amis à Sydney avec notre belle communauté Canadienne.

I reserved the Joseph Sargeant Community Centre in Erskineville Sunday, December 10th from 11am to 3:30pm.

It is the perfect venue for our event. 

1. close to transport (Erskineville and Newtown train stations and within walking distance
   
2. on-street parking available
3. tables and chairs are available
4. direct access to the courtyard.
5. upgraded playground and basketball court
6. kitchen - domestic oven, cook top, microwave, fridge and freezer
7. toilets

Price $20 per person - Free - 15 years old and under. 

BYO (food and beverage)

The ticket will cover the venue hiring fee, public liability insurance, hiring of a Christmas elf for kids entertainment, plates, glasses, cutlery, napkins, decoration as well as complimentary fruit cake.

Tilley hats from Canada

This year we will have the pleasure to meet Aurélie Nicoli who is the Sales Director AUS/NZ for the Iconic Canadian hats "Tilley".  Aurélie will bring hat samples for sale at reduced price (great gift suggestion for Christmas!).  She will also raffle a few hats as door prizes.  The internet site is www.tilley.com

Kids entertainment with Star Dust Kids www.stardustkids.com.au

From1pm to 2pm, there will be entertainment with a DISCO Christmas Elf from Star Dust Kids!  Direct from the North Pole,the Christmas elf entertainment is more jam packed than a stocking on Christmas morning.  Filled with magic, games balloon modelling and much much more.

Santa Claus (it would be great to know how many kids are coming and what age and parents should bring a little gift for the kids and if we manage to find a Santa Claus he could give the gifts to the kids).  We will need to coordinate how many kids, etc...

It will be great to meet families from Canada, Australia and the rest of the world under the same roof!
