Bringing together WA's future, emerging and established women in leadership, Bold Moves is designed to facilitate meaningful conversations - to inspire others with your own past bold moves, and find empowerment and courage to make your next one.

What to Expect:

Declare & Wear Your Bold Move – Write down a bold career or life move you’ve made (or will make) and wear it as a way to start conversations and spark connections.
Real Conversations, Real Connections – Meet others who have taken similar steps or are on the same journey, and share advice, insights, and experiences.
The Bold Moves Wall – Add your Bold Move to our Bold Moves Wall - a collective display of the ambition and action across the FFL Community.
Conversation Coasters & Challenges – Engaging activities designed to inspire discussion around leadership, growth, and taking risks.
An Incredible Panel Discussion – Hear from bold women like Hayley Boneham (Ruah) and Rachel Bermoy (Buteros) as they share their career-defining moves, lessons learned, and advice for stepping outside your comfort zone. The panel will be facilitated by author and leadership coach Claire Seeber, ensuring a rich and thought-provoking discussion.

More than another networking event - it’s an opportunity to reflect, connect, and take ownership of your boldest aspirations to inspire our next-generation of female leaders for WA.
