First Five Rungs Auckland is excited to announce the First Five Rungs Agency Quiz Night at NZME on Thursday, 13 March 2025. This event offers a fantastic opportunity for those in their first five years in the industry to network, connect with like-minded professionals, and compete for the title of best quiz team in the business.

The event is open to anyone in their first five years at a Comms Council agency—whether you're in suits, creative, programmatic & buying, production, or other teams. You can book a full table of eight with your colleagues, or if you have a smaller team, we will place you at a mixed table with others.

We want to be your industry representatives; giving you the opportunity to connect and interact with peers and seniors, and be a guiding voice as you navigate the first rungs on the industry ladder.

The industry can be daunting, especially when you’re starting out – if you need advice or support we’re here and we’d love to hear from you.

We’ve been in your shoes – chances are, we know a bit about what you might be feeling. We’ve done it and we survived (just!). Whether it’s for the highs or lows, we’re here for a yarn, a whinge and a laugh. Touch base if you want to catch up over coffee and talk about the world of advertising. We want you to thrive and love your time in the industry – we’re here as an extra support network.
