FI DI GYAL DEM FRIDAYS!!

This is an Open level class for the ladies where we will focus on:

Female Style Grooves & Drills

The first half of class we will work on waistline movement, which is essential for Caribbean style dance, e.g. wines - waist rotation, isolations for hips, leg strength drills etc.

Female Dancehall Steps/Choreography

The second half of class will be either Female Dancehall steps or Choreography incorporating those steps.

Whether you're curious to try something new, love the music or want a challenge while feeling good about yourself, come try it out!
