FI DI GYAL DEM!! 🔥🔥🔥

This is an OPEN level class for the ladies where we will focus on:

Female Style Grooves & Drills

We will work on waistline movement, which is essential for Caribbean style dance, e.g. wines (waist rotation), hip isolations, leg strength drills etc.

Female Dancehall Steps/Choreography

The second half of class will either be Female Dancehall steps or Choreography incorporating those steps.

Whether you're curious to try something new, love the music or want a challenge while feeling good about yourself, come try it out!

Class: Fridays 13, 20, 27 November & 4, 11 December
Time: 7:30-8:30pm
